- Improving our training and consultancy services, including understanding client demographics and preferences.

United Academy PLT implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Client Digital Consent Declaration
By submitting your registration for any training or consultation services provided by United Academy PLT, you hereby:
- Consent and authorize United Academy PLT to collect, use, disclose, transfer, and/or retain your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the PDPA 2010.
- Acknowledge that United Academy PLT may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice, and that it is your responsibility to review the latest version published on www.unitedacademy.com.my.
- Authorize United Academy PLT to disclose your Personal Data only to relevant parties necessary for the provision of training and consultation services.
- Confirm that where you provide Personal Data of third parties (e.g. family members, spouse, friends, or colleagues), you have obtained their consent or are otherwise authorized to disclose their information to United Academy PLT. You shall indemnify United Academy PLT against any claims arising from your failure to obtain such consent.
This Privacy Policy and Digital Consent Declaration is automatically deemed accepted once you submit your registration through www.unitedacademy.com.my.
