UNITED ACADEMY PLT PRIVACY POLICY

United Academy PLT and/or its subsidiary companies views and treats your Personal Data seriously. We have therefore developed a Privacy Policy that guides how United Academy PLT collect, process, use, disclose, transfer and store your Personal Data.   1. During the course of your transaction and dealings with United Academy PLT, you may be requested to furnish your Personal Data from time to time. United Academy PLT and their third party service providers may share the Personal Data with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other informations to provide and improve United Academy’s services.

(B) USAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  1. Your Personal Data that United Academy PLT collect allows us to process the necessary transaction in relation to the relevant matter.
  2. Your Personal Data helps United Academy PLT to improve on our training and consultation services by retrieving client’s demographic background, category and etc.
  3. From time to time, United Academy PLT may use your Personal Data to send important notices, emails, letters or sms, like communications about changes to United Academy’s terms, conditions and policies.
  4. United Academy PLT may also use your Personal Data for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis and research to improve United Academy’s services, customer communications and customer satisfaction.

(C) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

United Academy PLT takes necessary precautions to safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, usage, alternation or destruction.

 

CLIENT DIGITAL CONSENT DECLARATION AGREEMENT

  1. I hereby acknowledged, upon the submission of my registration on any training and consultation services provided by/with United Academy PLT, I consent and authorize United Academy PLT to collect, use, transfer, disclose and/or retain my information in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for the purposes stated.
  2. I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agreed to be subjected and I understand that the Privacy Policy may be modified or updated by United Academy PLT from time to time without notice. I shall visit United Academy PLT website on my own for any updated version of the policy’s terms.
  3. I consent United Academy PLT to disclose my personal data to any relevant parties, which only related with the training and consultations services provided by/with United Academy PLT.
  4. I acknowledge that in the event of my personal data may be required to be disclosed/transferred to other relevant parties, I hereby permit United Academy PLT to release my personal data to the other part/representatives.
  5. In circumstances where I may have provided personal data relating to others (registration of family members, friend, spouse, etc), I represent and warrant that I have had their consent or otherwise entitled to provide their information to United Academy PLT. I shall indemnify United Academy PLT in the event United Academy PLT suffers any loss or damage as a result of my failure to comply with the same.

This is an automatic digital Privacy Policy and consent declaration agreed by client once they submitted and successfully registered with any training and consultation services provided by/with United Academy PLT through www.unitedacademy.com.my
